Alarm didn't fire

Confirm notification permissions are allowed, alarm permissions are active, and device isn't muted by OS-level restrictions.

Subscription issues

Try "Restore Purchases" in settings first. If issues persist, email us with your App Store account info and approximate purchase time.

Delete account

Open Settings inside the app and tap "Delete Account" to permanently wipe all account records and metrics.

Sound & Volume

If alarm tone is silent, verify physical volume sliders, check Bluetooth connections, and ensure iOS Focus Mode is configured correctly.

Subscriptions are managed directly by Apple App Store or Google Play. Go to your device settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions, select WakeSnap, and tap cancel. Active subscriptions cannot be altered inside the app.
Refund decisions are handled exclusively by Apple or Google billing services. To request a refund, follow the instructions on your App Store receipt or purchase confirmation page.
Absolutely not. Your privacy is paramount. Verification images are sent securely to Gemini AI, evaluated instantly in-memory, and immediately discarded. We do not store, share, or sell your photos.
Open iOS Settings > Notifications > WakeSnap, then toggle Allow Notifications, Banners, and Sound. Also, enable "Critical Alerts" if prompted to ensure alarms bypass silent switches.
Streaks are computed programmatically based on consecutive wake missions and cannot be restored manually. This ensures the streak metrics remain fair and authentic for all users.
