Terms of Use
Effective date: June 10, 2026. By downloading, accessing, or using WakeSnap, you agree to these Terms of Use. WakeSnap is a productivity app and not an emergency, safety-critical, or medical service.
Use of the service
WakeSnap helps you schedule alarms and complete wake missions. Alarm delivery, notifications, and mission flows may depend on device settings, operating-system behavior, network access, battery state, and third-party services.
You are responsible for keeping your device updated, charged, signed in, and properly permissioned so the service can operate as intended.
Subscriptions and billing
Some features require an auto-renewable subscription purchased through your Apple ID. Payment is charged at confirmation of purchase.
Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. Renewal charges are applied by Apple within 24 hours before the current period ends.
You can manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple ID account settings. Pricing, billing periods, free trials, renewals, and refunds are handled under Apple's payment rules.
Acceptable use
You agree not to abuse the service, bypass proof requirements, interfere with verification systems, or use the app in ways that harm the product or other users.
We may suspend or remove access if fraud, abuse, or repeated misuse is detected.
Changes, termination, and contact
We may update the app or these terms from time to time. Continued use of WakeSnap after updated terms take effect means you accept the revised terms.
We may suspend or terminate access where reasonably necessary to protect the service, comply with law, or address misuse.
